Barriers in the Global Labour Market: Underprivileged jobseekers face a multitude of barriers, including limited access to quality education, lack of role models, and systemic biases in hiring practices.
Challenges for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs: Entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds typically lack access to funding, mentorship, and business networks.
The Need for Responsible Businesses: Companies focusing on social and environmental impact have a direct positive effect on local economies and contribute to the global fight against climate change.
